The Sexual Assault Treatment Unit (SATU) is a safe place that you can go to when you have or think you may have been raped or sexually assaulted. They look after all genders and gender identities, aged 14 years and over. There are units in Dublin, Cork, Donegal, Galway, Mullingar, Waterford and Limerick. You do not have to report the assault to the Gardaí to receive healthcare and support.
